FAQ

If the size of any product you have purchased from us is incorrect you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept the return of any of our products as faulty if the specific product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@flysportsuk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning a product. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, a refund to the value of the lowest-selling price for the returned product will be offered.

Please enclose your completed returns form on the reverse of your delivery note.

Wrong Shipping Address or Order Placed

We aim to process orders quickly in our warehouse so we cannot always change or cancel orders placed. (When purchasing vinyl it's important to double check your order, the size of the gloves you've ordered along with the colour and initials chosen, as this is non- refundable.). Should you need to make any amendments please contact us by email. If we can't help with cancelling or changing your order, our returns policy is very easy. We can exchange or refund in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please note we cannot exchange or refund custom or customised items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items and vinyl printing).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
